NPACI ShowroomNPACI is the National Partnership for Advanced Computational Infrastructure, and its 'leading-edge site' is the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC). Below, you'll find links for a brief introduction to NPACI resources with which to build the computational infrastructure for tomorrow's scientific discovery.
Below are tools and resources developed by NPACI which can be incorporated into the undergraduate curricula. Software: Various software downloads applicable to a wide range of disciplines. Informatics: Libraries, data transfer, and data handling tools for specific research related use. Visualization: Projects, gallery, and an on-line course geared toward presenting data visually. Biological Sciences: Search engines, databanks, and simulations within the biological sciences Earth Sciences: Modeling, surveys, and visualizations regarding related Earth Sciences Physical Science: Software, research papers, simulations within the Chemistry and Physics field Education: Programs and resources aimed at all levels of teaching and learning technology Engineering : Simulations and characterizations of data related to Engineering principles
