Sharing and Distributing your Group Game
17April2013/22Apr_Upd
Now that the 8GB thumb drive has been distributed, thanks for signing off on this Monday, it makes sense to look at the larger picture (future).
One of the points made by Dr. Chris Harz in his presentation to the class was
having your own business cards and being able to have a demonstration of
what you have been able to accomplish in the realm of game programming.

pdf Update from Dr. Harz
This brings up at least 2 topics - How do you demonstrate your game? [video capture of game play or runable version of game on a PC or ? your ideas] and What does XNA provide to support these activities?
- Fraps
- How do you have a "flawless" demonstration of your game? Control how the user views things but having your own video capture of game play.
http://www.fraps.com/ Fraps, real-time video capturing & benchmarking.
- Future of your code
- Microsoft provides XNA 4 free to university students, but what are the constraints on future use of your class code? (what is the license?)
For this class, you need to use VS2010 to create clean build and then use Windows Explorer to create a zip-file of the directory to turn in to your instructor.
