    updated Strings Front End Hints

Hello Compiler enthusiasts,

It has been pointed out to me that I did not update the hints for Phase 2
for the current textbook we are using.  The hints refers to a module
"strip_quotes" that was in the text used in previous version of this course.
Sorry.

Therefore, I have updated the Phase 2 Strings - Front End hints to provide
you with a link to the file that I successfully used to implement the string
constant.  You should carefully read this code to expand your understanding
of this powerful Unix tool, lex.
