2. Arcot Rajasekar will give an overview of the Digital Library activites at SDSC as part of the Data Intensive Computing Environment project in the Auditorium. Raja shared a list of the Digital Library Initiative Projects (funded by NASA/ARPA/NSF) and gave an overview of the different characteristics of these research collections.

3. Greg Johnson and Jon Genetti will give a demonstration of the Molecular Interactive Computing Environment in the Visualization Laboratory.
